Maine Coon kitten FAQ — Canada

Health testing, delivery, go-home age and everything else buyers ask us before reserving a kitten.

Do you have Maine Coon kittens for sale in Canada right now?
Yes. We currently have four registered Maine Coon kittens for sale from a single June 2026 litter — two males, Paul and Pirat, and two females, Palmyra and Pani. Because we are a small home cattery in Ontario, this is the only litter available at a time, and kittens are usually reserved well before they reach sixteen weeks.
What is included with a Maine Coon kitten from your cattery?
Every kitten leaves with registration papers, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies where applicable, deworming, microchipping, FIV/FeLV testing, spay or neuter, a veterinary health certificate and a one-year genetic health guarantee. Send us an enquiry and we will confirm availability and delivery for your city.
Where in Canada are you located and do you ship?
We are based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. You are welcome to visit in person, and we also arrange in-cabin flight nanny delivery to Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax and every other major Canadian city. Ground delivery within southern Ontario is included.
At what age do kittens go home?
Sixteen weeks. Maine Coons are slow-maturing cats and those extra weeks with their mother and littermates make an enormous difference to confidence, litter habits and immune strength. No kitten leaves before a veterinarian signs off on it.
Are your Maine Coon cats health-tested?
Both parents are DNA-tested clear for HCM, PKD, SMA and PK-Def, and are screened negative for FIV and FeLV. Every kitten is examined by our veterinarian before travel and is covered by a one-year written genetic health guarantee.
How big will a Maine Coon get?
Adult males from our lines typically reach 18 to 22 lbs and females 12 to 16 lbs, with full size arriving around three to four years of age. Graf, the sire of this litter, is 21 lbs.
Can I buy a Maine Coon with breeding rights?
Kittens are sold as fixed pets by default. Breeding rights are available to registered catteries on a separate contract — email sales@mainecoonscanada.ca with details of your programme.
